Fontainebleau Loyalty Plan Strip’s Most Rewarding for Slots Players

Fontainebleau Las Vegas revealed today modifications to its loyalty program, which the operator claims makes it the most beneficial for slots players on the Strip.
With the revised conditions from Fontainebleau Rewards, guests will now receive a Play Point for every $2.50 deposited into a gaming machine, reduced from the former threshold of $5. According to the operator, that positions the North Strip casino hotel as the leader in visible slot play revenue. The announcement aligns with the launch of “Fontainebleau Cash Back.”
‘Fontainebleau Cash Back’ will have multiple redemption periods throughout the year. For every 5,000 Play Points earned on slots, Fontainebleau Rewards members will receive $20 in cash that can be redeemed at the casino cage. The program’s first redemption period opens in December 2025,” according to a statement.
The press release omitted video poker, although many casino loyalty programs offer rewards that are similar for both slots and video poker activities.
Fontainebleau Might Utilize Incentives for Revival
Casino loyalty programs are recognized as key methods for operators to attract and retain customers. The more straightforward and gratifying loyalty programs are, the more effective they can be in enhancing operators’ revenues and profits.
For Fontainebleau, the updated loyalty program may serve as a means to attract additional patrons to a casino resort that has had difficulty establishing itself. Since its launch in 2023, the venue has encountered various challenges, and last week, reports indicated that up to 60 table game dealers might be laid off.
The northern section of the Strip tends to put pressure on operators, and this location challenge is heightened for Fontainebleau due to its proximity to similar establishments like Resorts World and Wynn and Encore. Among upscale North Strip casino hotels, only the properties of Wynn Resorts have achieved lasting success.
It is yet to be determined whether the overhaul of the rewards program will benefit Fontainebleau, but it could. Fontainebleau Rewards includes four levels — Bleau, Silver, Gold, and Royal.
Additional Information on Fontainebleau Rewards
Alongside its appealing slots rewards on the Strip, Fontainebleau Rewards has historically maintained one of the most generous programs for non-gaming expenditures, awarding customers five cents in points for every dollar spent on non-gaming pursuits.
Fontainebleau Rewards members can earn as much as 30% on rooms, 5% back on dining, complimentary late checkouts, and free self-parking and valet services. Members with Gold and Royal status also have their resort fees eliminated. The operator additionally broadened its operational timeframe.
“Additionally, the previous 13-month activity window has been extended. No Fontainebleau Rewards members’ points will expire until Sunday, Aug. 31, 2025, allowing for rewards members to redeem points that may have expired previously,” according to the press release.
